Both my son and I felt safe here. It was in a particularly good place. I loved the area of the apartment, it is nice. My stay was relaxing, would come here again.

Our room was comfortable and we really enjoyed the beautiful garden and the air conditioning here.

We had an amazing experience staying here for one night, with the staff being very accommodating, and the location right by the train station and many attractions was excellent.

Our stay here was amazing. The family who owns the place is super sweet. Breakfast is amazing. You have different things to choose from and they always gave us the best fresh pineapple. Drink choices were great as well. They made us feel very welcome. It's possible to rent bicycles and scooters from them and do laundry. The garden looks amazing and the rooms are comfy. Location is great as well. Away from the main street so it's quiet but close to everything.

We had a fantastic stay at this homestay in Tam Coc. The owners were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. They even greeted us with a refreshing cup of green tea upon our arrival. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, complete with AC and clean towels. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast served each morning. From banana pancakes to omelettes, there were plenty of options to satisfy our cravings. We also appreciated the owners going the extra mile to accommodate our needs, such as preparing breakfast later than usual and allowing us to shower after checkout. Additionally, they provided excellent service by arranging bike rentals for us and even helping us with fuel for our moped. we couldn't have asked for a better experience at this homestay.

I recently stayed at Mr. Viet's Home Stay for one night during my trip to Ninh Binh. The room was spacious, clean, and brand new, with a huge and immaculate bathroom. The beautiful gardens were well-maintained and added to the overall beauty of the hostel. Mr. Viet and his wife were incredibly attentive, greeting us with tea and water upon arrival and always ready to help without pushing us to buy tours. They even provided their number for any emergencies outside of the hotel. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious, with a generous amount of fresh fruit and juice. I highly recommend this place as the best I've experienced in Vietnam.

This place is great, it's close to the bus stop and town center, and the rooms are clean and have excellent air conditioning.

Amazing stay in Ninh Binh!

There were a few mosquitoes in the room, possibly due to a gap in the bathroom wall. However, this was a minor issue and didn't greatly affect our overall experience.

The best part of my stay was the incredible bed, blankets, and pillows. I slept like a baby and could have stayed in bed all day if I wasn't eager to explore. The included breakfast was also a highlight with an abundance of fresh fruit. The hosts were incredibly helpful with anything we needed.

That our room wasn't cleaned during our 3-night stay. The bin wasn't taken out and the toilet paper wasn't replaced, which was a bit different from what we've experienced in other accommodations.

The warm welcome upon arrival set the tone for my entire stay. The owner went above and beyond by providing helpful information about the city and even offering transportation options. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast included a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. my experience at Mr Viet Home Stay was exceptional and I would highly recommend it.

The location of the hostel was very convenient, being close to the main street but still secluded enough to be quiet. We also enjoyed the option of renting bikes at a good price and exploring the surrounding areas.

We had a few issues during our stay. we requested a transfer back to Hanoi on our last day, but the driver dropped us off 3 km away from our destination, causing us inconvenience and having to find alternative transportation.
